Cam and Groove Couplings

Cam and Groove couplings - also known as Cam-lock fittings - are used in a wide variety of applications for liquid and dry product transportation. Standard sizes for cam and groove couplings are 3/4" up to 6". The MIL-C-27487 spec. guarantees interchangeability in these sizes. 8" and above are not included in the specifications but products are available. 
  • Materials include aluminum, brass, stainless steel, ductile iron, polypropylene, nylon, numerous other alloys and thermoplastic materials. 
  • Applications for cam and groove couplings include petroleum handling, chemical processing, dry bulk handling, rail car unloading, agricultural, and water.
